Hatfield Court has served me well over the years, in fact nine years in total! Initially it was my home and in subsequent years it became a rental investment.

It has been very popular on the rental market and has always commanded a premium rent. Recently the building has undergone a huge refurbishment and all the glass balconies are due to be replaced this year, which have already been paid for.

I chose the property for it's location and handiness for Hove train station, local amenities and close proximity to the seafront. I do hope the new owners will be as happy as I have been and wish them luck in their new home.
