I have lived here for 9 years now. When I bought the property it suited all my needs perfectly, and I love the outdoor space the balcony provides.
Since moving in I have put in a new central heating system, re-surfaced the balcony and redecorated throughout. Parking has never been a problem which is something else that attracted me to this flat and as an added bonus I have my own garage.
I will be sorry to leave but its time for me to look towards my retirement so I need an area change.
