We bought this flat over 3 years ago and for us it was all about the space it offered. We had viewed so many and when we walked through the door here, we were blown away by the room inside.
We also fell in love with the area as it's so quiet and is ideal for walking into town.
It needed a lot of work back then and we have done a huge amount to the flat over the years. We put in the new kitchen and bathroom, had a new boiler installed and had the windows replaced. We also redecorated and replaced the floor in the hall.
Since starting a family, we are now taking the next step up the property ladder to get a house.
