We first viewed the flat 2 years ago and we can remember walking in and falling in love with the space. It was so much bigger than even some houses we had viewed so we knew instantly that we had to have it.
The location is amazing and with one of us commuting every day, it is just effortless having the train stations so close. We can literally be on the train into London within 10 minutes. Since living here we have completely re-decorated throughout and re-tiled the kitchen.
It's only now the opportunity has arisen for us to relocate out of the area that we are selling. If we were staying in Dorking, we wouldn't move from here as everything about this place is just ideal.
