What really attracted us to this property was that we could move straight in without having to do any work. We have kept the property modernised and ready to move into for the new owners. We felt the area suited us down to the ground. It has always been very safe and a well lit area. Another bonus was how nice and quiet it is here. When the weather is sunny we often sit outside in the communal gardens which are all maintained regularly.

Another thing that attracted us is the fact that you can get on a bus to Ebbsfleet and catch the high speed rail to London and it takes less than 18 minutes!
