Over the time I’ve been here, I’ve manage to modernise almost everything inside. When I first came to see the flat, the location and size were unprecedented and I knew I could really make it into something special.

The lounge is a great place to relax in and entertain. Having the space for a large dining table as well as all lounge furniture is something you don’t see in your everyday flat.

I hope the next owner can move straight in after the amount of work I have put in. The kitchen and bathroom have been the biggest jobs but have come out really well.
