When I first bought this home 5 years ago it was perfect for what I was looking for. The distance to the station was great; I was able to be in Liverpool Street station in less than 30 minutes.
Its location also gave me opportunities to cycle through the forest, enjoying a bit of outdoor space and fresh air.
I have enjoyed living here but due to the nature of my work and family relocating, I am now moving out of London.
I hope the new owners enjoy making tons of memories here with family and friends as I have over the years.
