I moved here from London over 10 years ago, because it offered much better value for money in comparison to so many of the other houses I viewed at the time.
It is spacious, practical and in a convenient location, so brilliant all round.
In addition it is quite easy to park as well, either in the designated area or even outside on the road which is handy, especially for my working pattern.
I have made quite a few changes to the property over time, so it is now just ready to be occupied. The flat has been a happy home for me, but one thing I will miss for sure is the neighbours, they are all great people.
