This property has the ideal combination of charm, practicality and location. Being a top floor apartment, it has several interesting design features and makes for a very peaceful environment.
We loved the fact that all the living space has plenty of lovely large windows which allows each room to fill with an abundance of natural light. The storage space is more than ample and there is also communal storage outside for bikes etc.
We also found that the location was perfect, shops, restaurants and the railway station are all accessible. Whilst it feels like you are living in the country, the proximity to the beach is excellent. Stone Bay and Joss Bay are only a 5-10 minute walk away.
