We really love the villagey feel about the property here and the community environment . We are lucky being set back from the road where we are as it’s nice and quiet and we get loads of light as well. Plus we quite like the privacy at the back.
Generally the location is brilliant because you’ve got Preston Park Station nearby and you have direct trip into town and of course you’ve got views of Surrenden fields and parks nearby which is brilliant to be able to go out for a picnic or something like that.
It’s always easy to park and nice and warm, we’ve loved it here making it just right for us but we’re thinking of the future with our growing family, hence the move.
