Having downsized from a more central, Fiveways location, we have truly loved every moment we have lived here. The flat has suited us perfectly as there is so much space and storage so the downsize from a house was easy!
The thing we love most is that it is a freehold property and therefore we only maintain what we have to when we want to. We have a good relationship with the other owners and sometimes we all chip in together when we want to clear the guttering and such things.
Over the years we have improved many aspects of the property such as upgrading the decor and installing a new boiler. We will be really sad to leave, but need to be closer to family and we hope our new buyer is as happy as we have been.
