A small parade of local shops, moments away is great especially the park also with tennis courts, the area really couldn't be any more convenient. Working in central Brighton or outside of the city is easy as access links are so available.
Being on the top floor has provided a peaceful haven and lucky too, as it affords amazing far reaching views over Brighton hills from the rear and being split-level also gives the feeling of more space.
