Four years ago when we found the flat I was teaching in London and had to be on the train at 6.15am, being only a seven minute walk from the station was a fantastic bonus. We are also less than five minutes from Seven Dials and London Road, and a ten minute walk from the centre of town. The garden is definitely one of the best things about this flat. On summer days it gets a lot of sun, we have had many barbecues here and it makes a great entertaining space, we have even grown fruit and veg in it over the years. We have loved having a green space, and have recently completed a permaculture course, so we are leaving to try our hand at living off the land in Spain. We hope whoever lives here enjoys the space as much as we have.
