I have lived here for a number of years and what I love best is how handy it is but also so peaceful and relaxing. We spend the summer in the Square and often have barbecues there or in the courtyard garden.
Having my own front door makes it feel more like a house than a flat and the sun pours in the front room making it a lovely place to watch the world go by. The living space is large enough to house a table for six so it's a great space to entertain.
