The first thing that I remember about this apartment was how spacious it felt. It was light and airy and the windows were large which really helped and I loved the fact that it had a balcony which meant that I had a bit of outdoor space.
The flat was pretty immaculate as well so I didn’t have to do any work or even decorating so I could move straight in. After a while I also began to appreciate how efficient the flat is to run as well. The gas and electric bills are always low and the flat never feels cold even with the door open to the balcony.
