OWNER OPINION
I loved living in this area of south Sutton as it's quiet and out of the way but walking distance to the station and high street. Being on the third floor means the flat gets plenty of light and sun through the windows making it bright and homely and a pleasure to wake up to in the mornings. The flat has been popular with my tenants due it's location and storage space but I need move nearer my family so regretfully have to sell.
