A few years ago when I was looking for my first home I came across this enclave of properties and just missed out on the first one that I saw. After that I set my heart on the street because I knew a freehold property was much better than a leasehold flat. This property became available which was actually better than the previous one that I had seen. The garden here is slightly larger and as I enjoy sitting out in the summer months this was important. I like the fact that it was at the back of the estate and also having the window in the bathroom as it's an end of terrace means it is much easier to ventilate the property. We have huge amounts of work done from replacing the boiler to the rear windows, the kitchen and bathroom and new flooring.
