Apart from the obvious attractions this will have, the position in relation to Westbourne square is literally a stones throw away, so you have the wonderful bakery on your doorstep, as well as the very popular fish and chip shop, the friendly public houses and the convenience store for your day to day needs. The list does stretch but none are too far away. Taking a leisurely walk up North Street will lead you on into countryside so either you or the dog can get plenty of exercise as well as taking in the breath taking scenery.

I virtually fell in love with it the moment I viewed it. I didn't need anything huge, just something I could keep clean and tidy, with some character, as new homes have never done it for me.

Amenities are generally all within close proximity.

The area as a whole has a pleasant communal feeling about it, and I've been very lucky to have nice adjoining neighbours.

It's regrettable that I am giving this up, but it is time to move on, and I hope that whoever should be the new owner, that they get as much pleasure out of it as I have over the years.
