I was living in Carshalton and wanted to move towards Horsham as I have family living in the area. After looking at a number of properties I started to become despondent as they were either really small, had limited parking or had a small back garden. I then received a call from Cubitt & West about this one and it sounded ideal. When I arrived I thought it felt very bright and spacious and the garden was amazing compared to others I had viewed. I loved the idea of the private parking towards the rear of the house so I wasted no time in making an offer.

I have really enjoyed putting my own stamp on it over time and will be sad to leave but my wife and I have decided to relocate.
