When I started looking in this area I liked the idea of Horsham, but did not want to live in the town itself. I took a drive into Southwater and really loved the country park and the village centre, so I focused my search here.

After looking at a few properties, I was told about this one and when I came to see it, I really liked the position. The lounge area was lovely and I liked the idea of being able to get a table in the kitchen/dining area. The main bedroom was an excellent size and the private garden really sealed the deal for me.

The only reason I am moving is because I work in Oxted and the commute is getting a bit much, but I will be sad to leave.
