We bought this house 3 years ago as were first time buyers and we were just desperate to get onto the property ladder and kept missing out on properties left, right and centre. We liked the estate as we knew it was popular with families and we knew we would be starting our own so a good location was vitally important. The tucked away position also attracted us to it as we liked the fact it didn't have cars passing by. The house was in pretty good order but we have completely redecorated over the years and we also had some work benches put into the garage. Having started a family 18 months ago and now with another baby girl on the way, it's time for us to take the next step up the property ladder. This has been an amazing first house though and we will miss it dearly.
