Property description
A wonderful end-of-terrace cottage located in a rural position with lovely character associated with a fabulous lifestyle purchase.
The two bedrooms and living space are complemented with a lovely kitchen/dining area, large utility room, separate cloakroom and also a family bathroom.
There are stunning views of Carisbrooke Castle and the countryside which add to the ambiance of the property, furthermore, the lovely façade just adds to the charm. There is also off-road parking and a sunny rear garden which complete the package. Some works maybe required, but sadly our owners wish to move and downsize.
Its fantastic location has also allowed easy access through to Newport which is just a few minutes’ drive away.
If you want to take on an evening stroll, then the local bridleways are superb; just put on your boots and explore what this wonderful Island, and equally this location has to offer.
Overall, a lovely, quirky cottage with lots of character on offer and that doesn’t come to the market very often. So take this opportunity to visit the home and we would also recommend a local walk to!

What the Owner says:
This property has been a beautiful home for us for the past 15 years, which we have shared many happy memories with our friends and family.
From our first viewing, we knew it would be somewhere that we could call home and we have been truly blessed to have had many happy years here. The cottage itself is in an idyllic semi-rural location that’s surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning views of Carisbrooke Castle which we indulge in each and every morning. We have frequent wildlife visitors from red squirrels to pheasants which shows us how tranquil and relaxing the area is!
The walks and bridleways that we can access from our home take you in any direction. Up towards Gatcombe or west towards the picturesque village of Brighstone.
We will truly miss our home, however we have decided it’s time to move on and allow someone else the pleasure we have had of living in our own little haven.
