When we bought this house it was a first time buy for us. We loved the idea of having the open plan kitchen/living space and with the down lighters over the breakfast bar, it created a lovely atmosphere.

It has always been lovely being able to sit friends down in the lounge and still be able to chat with them in the kitchen while I'm sorting a meal out. We have only just put in a new bathroom suite and we have decorated most of the house.

We think the garden is a good size and it has been great for having BBQ's in the summer with friends. Having the side access is also handy for hiding the bins away.
