Property description

These two bedroom terraced homes on the Hills Farm Lane Development were built by Croudace Homes and have always been popular with first time buyers, buy to let investors and buyers in their later years looking to downsize. The location gives you easy access to Horsham's by-pass which links you nicely with a main road network to the South Coast, Surrey, Gatwick and the M23 so it's perfect for that commute to work in the mornings.

Horsham town centre is also walkable for most and if time is of no consequence and the weather fair you might want to take the more scenic River walk right through to the Historic Causeway. Once in town you will have numerous shops to go and explore and plenty of bars and restaurants to tempt you to prolong your stay.

With this particular home the lounge is situated to the front of the property, I have seen a number of houses in this style where the partition wall to the staircase has been removed giving a greater sense of space, and buyers may wish to consider this subject to the relevant building control.

Whilst upstairs you have both a double and single bedroom and the bathroom which has its own window for natural light and ventilation, something that many competing properties will not have.

It is to be noted that the vendor of this property is a person connected with Cubitt and West as defined in the Estate Agents Act 1979.

What the Owner says:

There were three main reasons for me buying this property. Firstly I loved the idea of having a large kitchen, I have space for my dining table and plenty of cupboard storage. The French style patio doors offer a great view over the garden and lets all the early morning sunshine stream in, so it is the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast! Secondly being an end of terrace you actually got a window in the bathroom, something I really wanted and struggled to find. And lastly it was the driveway, the last thing I wanted to do after a busy day in the office was to hunt around for a parking space, so this has made my life so much easier.
