We have lived in this house since it was built in 1983 and it's been a lovely place to live in over the years. My daughter used to love playing in the nearby park but now she's an adult we just want to find a bigger property for us both.

Transport in the area is great. We don't have a car and have never felt like we needed one as the bus routes are so good and regular too. For those who do have a car, there is a handy parking space behind the property and if you're commuting out of Brighton, the A23 & A27 are so easy to get onto.

We will be sad to leave this area but we are ready for a fresh start and looking forward to whatever is around the corner!
