We loved the location and quietness of this home and since we have replaced the bathroom and landscaped the garden. It is only five minutes from the beach which we loved to walk to and yet it is so peaceful being at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The gas central heating system is brilliant, it is cheap to run and very instant, we initially thought about replacing it but would not think of doing it now.
It has been a happy home for us and the light, bright and airy accommodation has always created a good feel factor - we will miss it!
