This house is in a really nice location and it has a great view from the garden across the park. It has been in our family for many years and we have enjoyed lots of happy memories here. It does require some work and this will allow the new owners to come in and really put their own stamp on it. In the last 2 months I have put in a new boiler and heating system in the whole house.
The local area has lots of amenities and we have always found it to be a very friendly and convenient place.
