Being a first time buyer and I wanted to get on the ladder, this was perfect for the budget we had at the time.

It was also a modern build with no updating, so it made the transition so much easier, all we had to do was to add our own personal touch.

In addition, the location was also key, it is pretty quiet as it is not a through road so traffic noise was never going to be an issue. Recently we have sorted the garden at the front and also added a decking at the back.

The property has served us well and even now we have had our little one, however our situation as changed and it is now time to move on.
