We found so many good things about living in the centre of Broadstairs. For starters it is within walking distance of everything, from the shops down to the beach. It is a nice friendly area to live in and is excellent how close it is to the train station. Travelling to London for work or pleasure is so easy when you don't have to drive to the station.

The courtyard garden is excellent for enjoying the sunshine in private and without having to spend a lot of time maintaining it.
