Property description
Location, location, location! This is one of the most sought after villages that Ward & Partners cover, as there is a real sense of community in Aylesford. The village has a lovely array of people both young and old and all very friendly.
As you would expect this circa 1850 built house oozes charm and although the sellers have done a great deal of restoration it has all been done beautifully to complement this pretty, characterful home.
Imagine if you will coming home on a chilly evening to find the open fireplace blazing away giving the lounge a welcoming orangey glow; flop into your favourite chair, kick off those shoes and warm your feet as the flames crackle and dance in the mouth of the chimney breast.
The style and elegance flows throughout the home. Just take a look at the stylish bathroom; you have the enviable choice of a quick revitalising shower in the separate shower cubicle to wake you up in the mornings or when time permits take a long bubble filled soak, put on your favourite cd, light a few candles and enjoy!
The good size garden really tops this A1 cottage and we firmly believe this delightful home will suit any number of buyers.
What the Owner says:
We really wanted a cottage and to be part of village life so when we visited this house we knew it was the one for us. It required a lot of work but this didn't put us off!
We occasionally pop into the Chequers Pub for a drink and a bite to eat or for a posher meal we go to The Hengist.
