Beautiful cottage set in private ¾ acre woodland setting in Heswall on the Wirral, offering excellent accommodation for up to 7 guests. This spacious 2 bedroom bungalow has one double bedroom, along with one family quad room consisting of one double bed and two singles. There is also a sofabed providing flexible accommodation for all the family. With an open plan kitchen dining area, and family/games room adjacent ideal for entertaining the children with Wii console and multi games table/pool table/football table and many other games.

There is a separate lounge which has a wood-burning log fire, two comfortable sofas, wide screen TV/DVD player.. The white bathroom suite has both bath and shower. The open plan kitchen has a dining area seating six. The kitchen includes fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
This holiday home is ideal for families and mixed generation groups. It is also ideal for the less able-bodied traveller or a wheelchair user, as there is level parking beside the cottage, with one step into the property. Once inside the ground floor is level throughout (except for the family/games room which has one step down).

The woodland setting is ideal for children to play and dogs to enjoy in a safe enclosed environment. Up to two dogs can be brought for a small charge. There is a barbeque to allow families to enjoy outdoor living. All wood for the indoor log fire is included. Patio area has garden furniture with seating for six. Children will love to explore the woodland garden.
The garden allows for one tent to be erected free of charge. A 5 person tent can also be hired for a small charge.
