I was drawn to the flat for a number of reasons, notably the glorious views of the fields opposite the property, a dedicated parking space, spacious communal gardens and easy access to the open countryside for walking. The gardens attract the birds, butterflies and squirrels so you feel like you are in the quiet of the countryside, yet within just a few minutes you can be in either Shanklin or Sandown. The beaches are also within easy reach.
