For over 30 years Mum thoroughly enjoyed living here and never contemplated moving.

A relatively quiet road with easy access to nearby shops and bus connections.

Over recent years the decor and fitments have needed to be upgraded but Mum liked it as it was, so now with new owners in mind, I am sure they will want to do some renovations.

The garden is lovely in the summer, a real sun trap and with some landscaping you could really enjoy the space and seclusion out there.
