As soon as we walked through the door, we knew this would be the property for us. We were living in France most of the year, we needed a second home and a base in the UK, with easy access to the ferries or Eurotunnel. This maisonette ticked those boxes which we had struggled to find elsewhere.

The seascape offers an ever changing vista. Which we love! Having direct access to our own spot in the well kept communal gardens is a bonus. The garage en block added the cherry on top. We have moved back from France and whilst it will be sad to say goodbye to our home away from home, we know that the new owner will enjoy it just as much as we have over the years.
