I had this bungalow built in September last year and have lived in it since, as it has all the home comforts I could wish for. I love the open plan feel downstairs and the peaceful location in this quiet private road is perfect for me. Also, the convenience of having two off road parking spaces was always important as parking is an issue I have had with properties in the past.

I will be sad to leave this lovely home, but it was always my intention to find a larger property for my family. I'm sure the new owner will love the bungalow
