Having been here for over 15 years, I can honestly say that apart from my childhood homes, this is the happiest house I have ever lived in. Cambridge Way is a very quiet road, with lovely neighbours, close to the wood and forests great for dog owners.
Being so close to the station , 5 mins by car, 10 mins by bus and a 20 min walk on a lovely summer day. The local pub "The Ringles Cross" is within staggering distance and is a lovely old pub with good food and is where I did all my networking when I arrived in Uckfield after moving from Surbiton as I knew no one in the area when I moved.
We are relocating to Spain and if we could pick the house and the pub up and take them with us WE WOULD.
