It all seems a bit hazy now as it was forty years ago but I was living in Hatfield and moving to this area as I was getting married and needed to be near a mainline railway station for my job in London. Although Horsham seemed very nice we wanted to be in a more rural position and Southwater offered exactly that and this development was still in its infancy. This house had only just been built and we fell in love with it.

There have been many changes made to the property and I have really loved being here but have now decided to move to Nottinghamshire so we can be closer to my partner's family. I will be very sad to leave as I have many dear friends in the area.
