We have lived here for approximately 25 years and were initially attracted to the location. It is really practical for commuting to work.

Over time, we have updated our bungalow and put an extension on the back to make the property larger as we love to entertain family and friends. There is no work to do for the next owners apart from general decorating, if you want to place your own stamp on it.

The garden is a real delight and we have spent many happy times having a drink and relaxing with our friends.

We will be sorry to leave, but it is time for us to move nearer to family.
