The first thing that caught our eye was the fact the home did not have the traditional shower room that these homes have. It has the full bathroom, which is more spacious. Then when we got upstairs the Juliet balcony was open to let the fresh air in and we could just imagine ourselves relaxing with a drink there.

We hope the new owners enjoy the home as we look to follow our dreams and move to the coast.
