I particularly liked the location of this property.

For a busy lifestyle being close to schools and not too far away from Shoreham town centre has meant that I could walk to most things. If I needed to use the car or public transport that's also easy to get to from here.

Having a private driveway has been very useful especially as there is enough room for two cars! And for anyone who likes to tinker about, the workshop that I have added will be a real bonus.

I have already found a property to move to so there is no onward chain.
