To the side of The Old Mill Studio is a detached single storey building that has been used as office space and has been fitted with power and light and a water supply plumbed in. Again, subject to the relevant consents being granted, this building could be put to a wide number of uses.
OUTSIDE The Old Mill Studio is approached over a driveway which winds from the lane, through the first part of the woodland and past the workshops. The drive then rises to the house and onto a large parking and turning area with space for several vehicles.
Beyond the house lies the woodland which extends to about 9 1/2 acres in total. It comprises mainly mature mixed deciduous trees, with some conifers too. A series of paths wind through the wood, along side the mill ponds and stream with the land rising towards the northern boundary, a little steeply in places. A real haven for local wildlife and flora, the wood is a wonderful space and even has the odd rope swing too.
