When we first saw the home it was the accessibility to town that stood out for us. The fact that we could walk and in less than 5 minutes, we were in the heart of Rochester High Street.

There are lovely recreation areas to enjoy picnics, in addition to scenic walks along the river to enjoy.

The home was refurbished approximately 7 years ago which was a big attraction for us. Although it was brought to a modern standard, charm has still been kept with features like the sash windows.
