We chose to buy a park home as it’s a very economical way of living. It also allowed us to live mortgage free. This particular site is really fantastic as you have all the benefits of living in a village, yet only a short drive from all the great things that the City of Canterbury has to offer. The village of Petham is really pretty with some nice country pubs and lovely walks across the meadow with the dog. Since living here, we have made many improvements to our park home. These have included redecorating in all the rooms, replacing the carpets and blinds. We even had a new boiler fitted at the end of last year. It’s ready for someone to move straight into. We like the position of our park home on the site too as its right at the back and feels very private as it’s not overlooked.
