When I went searching for my first time buy, I had a limited budget and mainly found myself viewing flats. I booked in to see this one and when I walked in, the sun was pouring into the lounge late afternoon and I did not realise that the garden was just mine!
Having the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs makes it feel like a little house rather than a flat and I loved it straight away. It’s been a great home for me and I have really enjoyed living so central to town. Over the last few years I have been working all over the country and further afield abroad and only come back here now and again, so I have now taking the hard decision to let it go. I will miss this place a great deal and I wish the new owners many happy years here.
