We bought our home in 2010 as we were looking to start a family and we wanted a home with a nice garden. We used to live in an apartment in another village and wanted to keep a rural setting. This home certainly had potential.

Since moving in we have done quite a bit to the bungalow, including decorating to our tastes and getting a gas supply connected to it so we could have gas central heating.

We were originally looking to extend as our family has grown and we obtained planning permission in 2016 for an extension under reference Y15/1227/SH. We have since decided that we would now like a detached home.
