Our sister bought this bungalow from new in the 1950's and it is only due to getting older, that she is unable to live at the property anymore. She has always loved the convenient location as it is so quiet here yet it is only a few minutes walk to local shops and there is a bus route at the end of the road.
Over the years, she have really enjoyed the garden and it gets the sun for most of the day. When the rhododendrons are in bloom, it looks beautiful. The garden is also really quiet and incredibly private. The boiler was replaced approximately 18 months ago and the loft has been insulated. We are selling with no onward chain so anyone could be in pretty quickly.
