We have done a lot of work to our bungalow since we bought it and the first thing that we did was change the layout. As both bedrooms were at the back of the house we didn’t have any access to the garden, so we moved a wall and switched the main bedroom and the lounge/diner around. As the lounge/diner is now at the back of the house, this has given us access to the garden via the French doors which we installed. We then had the kitchen and bathroom re-fitted, had new carpets laid, redecorated and replaced the boiler.
We are only looking to move so we can buy somewhere closer to our daughter's school.
