Having lived in Horsham for a very long time we wanted to stay, but to find somewhere that was spacious enough to downsize to from our family home. When we walked in we felt that we could immediately place our furniture and call it home.
Being able to have the flexibility of using the garage as storage has really helped. Since we have been here we have made changes to the property for example taken the warm air heating out, it’s now gas central heating to radiators, and we have also extended the lease too. We really do hope that the next buyer will enjoy this home for as many years as we have.
