When I bought this home I loved the fact that it was so close to Hornchurch Town centre and every day I could walk to Hornchurch station for work. Lots of times I have taken a walk into Hornchurch without the worry of driving to enjoy its shopping facilities, restaurants and bars.
I also liked the size of the property compared to other homes I looked at before deciding to buy this, and the fact it had its own rear garden was a major factor also.
