Part of the appeal when we decided on this house was the area. It is quiet, the neighbours are friendly and there is a real community feel. The house itself has been a wonderful home for us, with nothing to do being brand new and a garden that is a real suntrap, it ticked most of our boxes and will do for the new owners. We shall be sad to leave but comfortable in the knowledge that this house is in fantastic condition and will make a great home for many a year.
